After 25 years in corporate life, Deborah now enjoys spending her days introducing people to how they can be paid to stay healthy, and help others do the same. Prior to becoming a successful network marketer, Deborah spent 25+ years building and growing highly successful teams in the corporate world. Her focus is helping people to find their strengths and grow in their personal power. Her world-wide team is composed of people from all walks of life – teachers, retireeDs, professionals, stay-at-home parents.

Deborah creates an environment of sharing and collaboration. Each person is celebrated for their contributions and supported to reach their dreams. Deborah prepares her team-members to move to their own leadership levels. She will provide that “support network” necessary to give the team-member the ability to take the “baby-steps” and actions required to move them forward in their network marketing career. Skills acquired in learning how to be a successful network-marketer can be transferred to daily life. These skills will include: Active Listening, Feedback, Presentation, Achieving Consensus and Selling Skills. With Deborah’s coaching, these will become second nature and will enable the team-member to realize their achievement.

Deborah enjoys her many community activities.As Managing Director of the San Francisco eWomenNetwork.com chapter, Deborah used her skills in presenting and coaching to grow the chapter from a small group to a thriving community of like-minded entrepreneurs. She is a member of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, the American Business Women’s Association and a featured speaker at womens’ business expos and community health fairs.


$91,800 US is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate (Gold Director and above). $23,225 US is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission check each month. Surveys show that 83% of all Associates self-report they joined USANA to "improve their health." Of those remaining, 21% earned a check at least once a month even though 56% reported they were not joining to "replace their full-time income." Of those that were, 41% have been Associates for at least one year and 56% are considered full time with the title of Gold Director or above. Success with USANA results only from successful sales efforts, which require hard work, diligence, and leadership. If you include all 126,146 with the title of Associate, which includes Associates not actively building a business (acting as wholesale buyers), Associates who just joined (as little as one day), and those who are just beginning to build their customer base, the average yearly income is still $734.27 US, with more than one in three earning a check.
